Cancellation, Rescheduling, & Deposits

 

Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • If you cancel your session more than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time, you will receive a 100% refund.

  • If you cancel your session more than 24 hours and less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time, you will receive a 50% refund.

  • If you cancel your session less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, no refund will be given.


Rescheduling

  • Any rescheduled appointments must occur within 14 days of the original appointment.

  • You can reschedule your session without penalty anytime 72 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time.

  • Any reschedules made more than 24 hours and less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a rescheduling fee of $50.

  • Any reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will require the following fees in order to reschedule:

    • $60 for The Studio Classic

    • $70 for The Studio Classic Plus

    • $50 for The HDH Original

    • $60 for The Original Plus

    • $120 for The Studio Pro I

    • $170 for The Studio Pro II

    • $50 for Dating and Lifestyle Outdoor

    • $70 for Dating and Lifestyle Studio

  • Additional fees for rescheduling may apply for hair and makeup services purchased with your session.
