Updated & Aligned: Headshots for Mental Health Professionals

Welcome! We are excited to capture some great headshots for you.

Please read the information below to ensure a smooth overall process. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions! Here are the deets:

• Your booking comes with an eight-minute session located at FLOCC Studio, 606 N Edgefield Ave. This is more than enough time to get some great shots.

• We will take many headshots during your allotted shoot time. After your session we will send you a Dropbox folder with your watermarked proofs to choose from. Your sessions comes with one edited headshot with Basic Editing. Retouching packages are available as a session add-on.

• Instructions for your upcoming session as well as selecting your final headshot will be sent in a series of follow-up emails after booking your session.

• Once you make your selection, your image(s) will be sent to our editing team and then uploaded to the same Dropbox folder that you received your proofs in. Final delivery is less than five business days from when you make your selection. 24-hour Turnaround is available as an add-on.

Some additional things to keep in mind:

• Please come hair, makeup, and wardrobe ready. There will not be time to make major tweaks during your allotted time, so please come prepared!

• Feel free to bring a blazer or easy addition to your main outfit if you want to get some extra looks.

• If you are late for your session, or miss your appointment time, there are no refunds and we can’t guarantee an extended shoot duration beyond your appointment time. Please be on time!

• You will have another opportunity to purchase additional shots or editing upgrades after your session when you receive your proofs.
